THE AD THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN
In 1974, Hyundai introduced its first concept car, the Pony Coupe.
Despite its significant influence in the automotive world, the original model was eventually lost. Fast forward to 2023: Hyundai teamed up with the car's original designer, Giorgetto Giugiaro, to recreate this legendary vehicle.
Our challenge was to share this story with today’s car enthusiasts while honoring Hyundai’s heritage. So, we created the Pony Coupe’s first-ever ad—the one that should have had in the 70s.
This long-copy print ad was crafted to replicate the car ads of that era,
giving modern car lovers a taste of the golden age of automotive advertising.

For the follow-up, "Power Your Beat," we took a DJ to a remote Portuguese cliff, where the IONIQ 5 powered a live-streamed performance, celebrating freedom and creativity.
We streamed the entire DJ set live on @hyundai Instagram channel, bringing the campaign directly to our audience.
